We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product if:

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

The item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all tags and accessories intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized power lenses

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

To request a return, contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Product photos showing the issue

Once the request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
